I just started hoop, and I hung mine in the garage, and this manual is the perfect way to learn. It’s low enough that I can still do the tricks, but I’m not too scared to try things by myself. I feel confident with this book. It’s easy to understand.

I started hoop last year and have been using this manual for the last three months. It is a really good resource and I still bring it to class to train with during open gym. It is a well written manual with clear pictures.
I wish it was longer – I’m buying volume 2 today, and can’t wait to see it too.
